These Terms & Conditions apply to any and all contracts made by Lacerda Neto Lda, tax number 515 744 670, which operates the Tourism House - A MURALHA located at Rua da Liberdade No. 22 in Tavira, with the national registration of tourist resorts No. 6593, applying to all reservations made in the establishment as well as the use of all associated services.
.1. Check-in and Check-out
This property has predetermined check-in and check-out times.
You can check in from 15:00 until 22:00. For check-in after 22:00 please contact the accommodation before booking - an additional late check-in charge of between € 20.00 and € 40.00 may apply. Upon check-in, all guests will be required to present a valid identification document as well as full payment for their stay, if not already made.
Anyone under 18 years of age that stays in the accommodation must be escorted by a parent, teacher, or other authorized adult.
Check-out time may be up to 12:00 pm. Upon availability, the check-out time may be extended until, at the most, 5:00 p.m, implying the payment of an additional late check-out charge of up to 50% of the room price.
Before check-in or after check-out you can always store your luggage for free with us.
.2. Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your reservation free of charge, without penalty, up to 30 days before the date of the first day of your stay.
If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit amount (if any) will be returned and no penalty will be charged. In case of cancellation after that date, the full amount of your booking will be charged. The return of the deposit will be made within 10 working days after the cancellation of the booking and the Customer may be charged the applicable return charges, if applicable.
In case of no show or early departure the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
These cancellation conditions do not apply to non-refundable rates, in which case the Client, at the time of booking, will immediately pay the full amount of his/her stay without any right to a refund in case of cancellation or no-show.
Subject to the availability of the Accommodation, the reservation and additional services contracted may be altered, for which purpose the respective alterations must be agreed upon in writing between the Client and the Accommodation.

To cancel or change activities provided by suppliers outside the accommodation you should consider that the cancellation policy will be the one provided by the respective supplier of the activity in question. Please contact us via e-mail for more information.
.3. Payment Methods and Reservation Confirmation
The accommodation accepts the following payment methods: cash, bank transfer and Debit/Credit Card.
The Customer's reservation will always be subject to the effective payment of the amount calculated at the time of the reservation confirmation. If the Client does not provide valid credit card details or does not make the required payment through an alternative means, the Accommodation may cancel the booking without further notice.
All additional charges and/or services will be settled before check-out to the Client. It is assumed that the Client authorizes the settlement of all outstanding debits, which may be processed by the Accommodation by payment via credit or debit card, according to the data on file.
.4. Complain Book
The accommodation has a complaints book. If you wish to make a complaint, simply ask for the book at reception. Alternatively, you can make a complaint online via the electronic complaint book platform, available at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt The Accomodation favors an friendly resolution of its disputes, always suggesting direct contact and exposure of the problem, hoping to meet the expectations of the Customer.
.5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website (namely, photographs, names, logos, color palettes and layout) are subject to copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. Such content may not be used by third persons without express written permission to Accommodation. Any unauthorized use of this content is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms, with the inherent liability of the transgressor.
.6. Exclusion of responsibility and payment of damages
The accommodation shall have no responsibility to the Customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims resulting from any information and/or instructions provided by the Customer which prove to be incomplete, illegible or inaccurate or for any act of the Customer resulting from breach of these terms.
The accommodation is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables that are not deposited through the safekeeping service provided at the reception.
The Accommodation is not responsible for the suitability, quality, and/or guarantee of any services that are provided by third persons, but only provides to the Guest all data regarding the third-party provider.
Any damage caused by the Client to the accommodation may be charged to the client - namely: loss of keys to the accommodation, damage and theft of material.
You understand that your signature on the registration card constitutes authorization to use the registered credit card for payment of your present and future stays and/or expenses. This does not release him/her from liability for the account presented at the time of the stay. The guest further admits to being held personally liable in the event of non-payment of all or part of these expenses by a named person, company or third party.
.7. Additonal Informations
Breakfast - served every morning in the dining room between 08:00 and 10:00;
Outside visitors - during their stay, none of the guests may receive outside visitors that were not considered at the time of booking, and the advertised capacity of each room may not be exceeded;
Curfew - no curfew. Each room has access to a key to enter the property;
Quiet time - no noise is allowed between 22h00 and 08h00, and the guest must always maintain an orderly and respectful behavior;
Wifi - the accommodation has free wifi for all guests;
Pets - given the characteristics of the building, pets are not allowed;
Smoking areas - no smoking is allowed inside the entire accommodation (namely in the rooms and shared areas). Guests may only smoke in the outdoor areas duly marked for that purpose - additional cleaning costs may be charged in case of violation of this rule.
Bed Linen: Bedding is changed every three days. Put on the floor or in the bathtub only the towels that you intend to change. Otherwise, we will understand that you do not intend to change them;
Extra beds and cribs: the accommodation has extra beds and cribs, which may be placed, at an additional cost and upon availability, in rooms with sufficient size for such. The baby crib has an additional cost of € 5.00 per night and the extra bed of € 20.00 per night.
.8. Termination of the Contract
In the event of any breach of the provisions of these terms the Host may at any time terminate the Contract by simple notice to the Customer.
.9. Applicable Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution
Portuguese law applies to the Contract and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, district of Faro. In case of dispute, the consumer can resort to the following alternative dispute resolution entity: Information, Mediation and Arbitration Center for Consumer Conflicts in the Algarve, with the following contacts:
